How do I access a course after I enrol?+
After checkout you'll receive an email with a link to the learner portal. Sign in there any time to work through your courses, take the exam, and download certificates.
How many times can I take the exam?+
Exam attempts are unlimited on all CE courses. You keep working until you pass the required score.
When do I get my certificate?+
Immediately. Your certificate is generated the moment you pass the exam and stays in your portal account permanently.
Do you report to CE Broker?+
Yes, for courses that carry that approval. Completions are reported automatically using the license details on your account, so keep them current.
Which states accept your CE hours?+
Our ANCC accreditation is accepted by most state boards. On each course page, the 'Accreditation & state acceptance' box tells you exactly where that course's hours count. You can also filter the catalog by your state.
What is your refund policy?+
If you haven't completed a course or claimed its certificate, you can request a refund within 30 days. See the Refund Policy page for full details.
I'm outside the US — can I still take courses?+
Yes. Filter the catalog by 'Global / International' to see skills courses and certification review that are useful regardless of US licensure.
